The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Persimmon Homes as a Sales Advisor, where you'll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll manage the entire customer journey, from the initial enquiry through to the moment we hand over the keys. You'll welcome prospective buyers, showcase our homes and developments, provide expert advice and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience throughout the sales process.

You'll also work closely with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers, while keeping up to date with property details, pricing and incentives to help customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments.
• Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently, supporting customers from their initial enquiry through to completion and handover.
• Stay informed about pricing, incentives and property details to help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying journey, helping prospective buyers feel supported and confident in their decisions.

Skills and Experience

To be successful as a Sales Advisor, you'll need:

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property or estate agency.
• Availability to work Thursday through to Monday, 11am–6pm, during our busiest trading days.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with prospective buyers.
• A target-driven, proactive and adaptable approach, with the motivation to achieve sales objectives.
• The ability to engage with customers professionally, understand their needs and guide them through the property-buying process.
