As a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer in Greater London, you'll maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and building fabric across a multi-site portfolio. The work combines planned maintenance with reactive repairs, including tasks in plant rooms and at height. The Role As the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll: Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs to building services equipment. Find faults, test and repair electrical building services equipment. Complete non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks. Inspect services and respond to callouts and repair requests. Update completed maintenance tasks and maintain accurate site records. Follow company quality, site and health and safety procedures. About You To be successful as the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll have: Essential: a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent training. Essential: demonstrable building services engineering knowledge and logical fault-finding skills. Essential: customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills. Essential: the ability to work independently and contribute to a team. Essential: a clean driving licence. Ideally: IPAF, PASMA or L8 qualifications, or plumbing, electrical or HVAC experience. Ideally: familiarity with Microsoft Office or Building Management Systems. What's in it for You? £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Permanent employment.
