Factory Labourer / FLT Driver Day Shift Actio Recruitment are recruiting for a Factory Labourer / FLT Driver on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is reliable, hardworking and comfortable working within a busy production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and efficient factory while supporting production teams with material handling and general workshop duties. Responsibilities * Operating a forklift and pallet truck safely and efficiently * Unloading deliveries * Moving equipment * Cleaning workshop floors using industrial cleaning equipment and mops * Cleaning machinery * Clearing spills * General factory and workshop housekeeping * Cleaning the facilities * Emptying general waste * Emptying engineering waste * Basic DIY and maintenance tasks * Occasional local driving duties * Supporting wider factory operations as required Requirements * Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence * Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering or warehouse environment * Good understanding of workplace health and safety * Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks * Full UK Driving Licence desirable What's on Offer? * Day shift position * £14.00 per hour * Permanent opportunity * Immediate start available for suitable candidates Apply today with your CV for immediate consideration.
