Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading electronics and instrumentation manufacturer in Exeter for a Technical Sales Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with technical sales, electronics, instrumentation, or engineering experience to join a specialist team supporting customers with product enquiries and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries and identifying suitable solutions
• Preparing quotations and processing orders
• Following up sales opportunities
• Providing initial technical guidance
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Working closely with technical specialists to support customer requirements

About You

• Experience in technical sales, internal sales, account management, or customer support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer-focused and solutions-driven approach

Desirable:

• Knowledge of low-voltage electronics
• Electronics, instrumentation, or engineering background
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors
