About the Role

We are looking for a Paralegal to work across our Litigation, Employment and Family Law matters. The successful candidate will be given genuine responsibility from the outset, with conduct and responsibility of their own caseload under appropriate supervision. We are looking for someone who is ready to engage meaningfully with clients and matters, and who is committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

The position is offered on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday. You will be joining a firm that takes the professional development of its staff seriously, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to carry out your responsibilities to the highest standard.

What the Role Involves

As a Paralegal at North Ford Solicitors, you will assist in the management and progression of client matters across Litigation, Employment and Family Law. You will have conduct and responsibility of cases, meaning you will be expected to take an active role in progressing files, communicating with clients, drafting correspondence and documents, and ensuring that matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with qualified solicitors and other members of the team, and you will benefit from structured training provided by the firm. This role offers a genuine platform for professional growth.

Remuneration and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary, the level of which will be discussed and agreed upon appointment. In addition to the basic salary, the role includes a performance and target-related bonus scheme, rewarding those who demonstrate commitment, initiative, and strong results in their work.
