My client, a specialist high precision component and machine manufacturer, have a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Miller What’s on offer: * Working pattern 6-2/2-10 with friday off !! * Overtime available and flexible hours * Great company team and culture * Excellent pension scheme and life assurance * Free onsite parking * Sick pay scheme and cash health plan The Job: * Set and Edit programmes using Fanuc controls. * Experience of programming would be a distinct advantage. * Knowledge of manual machining would be desirable. * Must be able to read an interpret engineering drawings. * Inspection of own work using conventional measurement techniques * Confident to install cutting tools, attachments and fixtures * Training and progression offered About you: * Experience of working with precision parts working to tight tolerances * Experience of operating and setting to machine various components * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Confidence and the ability to work in a precision engineering environment and the ability to work on bespoke and one-off items. * Experience of Vertical or Horziontal milling would be a distinct advantage * Flexible to work rotating day shifts. * willing to work overtime as and when required This role offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to gain new skills, working with a niche precision engineering company that is highly respected.
