Customer Service Advisor – The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be a key point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly, professional and efficient service whilst supporting the wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound telephone calls, responding to customer enquiries and providing helpful, professional advice.
• Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive an excellent service.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Communicating with customers via telephone and email, providing updates and requesting information where required.
• Supporting various departments with day-to-day administration and customer enquiries.
• Completing accurate data entry, updating customer records and maintaining internal databases.
• Processing information and ensuring customer details are recorded accurately.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Managing a varied workload in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Customer Service Advisor – What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role would be advantageous, but we'd also love to hear from candidates with a background in retail sales, consultative selling, mobile phone retail, customer-facing sales or administration.
