Based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells– you will be a key part of a growing team, supported to build a long-term career.

Day-to-day, you will take on a busy and varied role working alongside the Lettings Manager, tasked with delivering elite-level service to landlords and tenants throughout lettings processes, and maximising occupancy levels.

Duties may range from:

• Managing landlord and tenant enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Registering applicants, qualifying requirements and providing expert advice.
• Conducting viewings and rental valuations.
• Marketing properties and generating new business opportunities.
• Matching applicants to suitable properties and negotiating offers.
• Progressing lets from enquiry through to move-in.
• Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and accurate CRM records.
