You'll be joining at an exciting point in the company's growth, working alongside talented sales, marketing and technology professionals and helping take an innovative product to market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you'll be right at the heart of the growth story.

You'll identify exciting prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, qualify opportunities and book high-value demos for the sales team.

This is a genuine opportunity to learn B2B SaaS sales from the ground up, develop commercially valuable skills and progress quickly in a business where your performance will be noticed.

What you'll be doing

• Researching and targeting high-value prospects
• Mapping accounts and identifying key decision-makers
• Engaging prospects through outbound and inbound channels
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Booking high-quality product demonstrations
• Understanding customer challenges and communicating the value of the platform
• Managing activity and opportunities through CRM
• Feeding customer insight back into the sales and product teams
• Working alongside an ambitious sales and marketing team to drive growth

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for ambitious, competitive and commercially minded graduates who want more than a standard 9–5.

You don't necessarily need previous sales experience. What matters is drive, intelligence, confidence and the desire to win.

• A degree-level education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A results-driven, target-focused mindset
• Confidence speaking with senior professionals
• The ability to understand and communicate complex products
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• A competitive nature and genuine hunger to succeed
• A willingness to learn and take on responsibility
• CRM experience is advantageous; HubSpot experience is a bonus

£27,000 base salary
