The Role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled White Goods Engineer to join our field service team. Day to day, you’ll be carrying out diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of domestic appliances from washing machines and tumble dryers to dishwashers, fridges, and ovens.

This isn’t just about fixing appliances; it’s about giving customers a five-star service experience. With our strong reputation, manufacturer partnerships, and first-class training, you’ll have everything you need to do your best work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers homes
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every appointment
• Use our scheduling team to access jobs, order parts, and manage your day efficiently
• Represent Repair & Assure with pride, professionalism, and reliability

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 years’ experience in white goods/appliance repair (field-based)
• Confident in diagnosing & repairing at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, electric cookers
• Full UK manual driving licence
• A can-do attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
