CSA Construction Manager – Data Centre – Helsinki, Finland Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to their clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join them in Helsinki, Finland. Responsibilities Internal Construction & Fit-Out Delivery * Take overall responsibility for the planning, management and delivery of internal construction and fit-out works across a large-scale data centre development, including internal partitions, walls, ceilings, raised access floors, doors, architectural finishes and associated builders' works, ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, quality standards and programme requirements. Subcontractor & Package Management * Manage and coordinate multiple fit-out subcontractors and specialist trade packages, overseeing procurement, resource allocation, site activities and package performance, while ensuring works are properly sequenced and delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Programme Management & Construction Coordination * Drive the internal construction programme, working closely with project planners, engineering teams and MEP management to coordinate work fronts, manage trade interfaces and resolve design or sequencing issues, ensuring fit-out activities remain aligned with the wider project schedule. Quality, Health & Safety Management * Maintain high standards of construction quality and site safety across all internal works, overseeing inspections, reviewing method statements and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with project QA/QC procedures, client requirements and applicable Finnish regulations, and driving the timely resolution of defects and non-conformances. Progress Reporting, Commercial & Handover Management * Monitor overall package progress, costs, resources and subcontractor performance, provide regular reporting to senior project management, manage variations and construction-related risks, and oversee snagging, documentation and completion activities to ensure internal areas are ready for commissioning and final handover. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background Must have 5+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects EU Passport is preferred Benefits €80,000-€85,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, Overseas allowance
