About the Role Are you kind, compassionate and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day? As a Care Assistant / Support Worker at Forbes House, you'll support residents with their individual care needs while encouraging independence and helping them enjoy a fulfilling daily life. From supporting everyday routines and personal care to sharing activities, having a chat over a cup of tea and getting to know each person's life story, you'll help create a caring and supportive environment where every individual matters. Key Responsibilities * Provide person-centred care that respects each individual's choices, dignity and independence. * Support residents with personal care, mobility and everyday routines. * Assist with food and fluid intake, following individual care needs. * Encourage participation in meaningful activities and social interaction. * Promote emotional wellbeing and build positive relationships with residents. * Recognise and report changes in residents' health or wellbeing. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
