Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Maghull, Liverpool, to recruit a dedicated, experienced and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support two children across Nursery and Reception.

This is a rewarding, full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young children with additional needs develop, learn and thrive in a supportive school environment.

Both children are currently undergoing early SEND assessments and require consistent, nurturing support to help them manage their emotions, build positive relationships and engage with learning. They can experience periods of significant emotional dysregulation and challenging behaviour, so the school is looking for someone who is calm, resilient and confident in providing appropriate support and maintaining clear, consistent boundaries.

The role will begin on Monday 9th November and continue on an ongoing basis, with the potential for the successful candidate to secure a direct contract with the school after January.
