Job Title: Electrician Location: Nottingham, Derby & Surrounding East Midlands Salary: £38,520 - £40,548 + Overtime & Call-Out Earnings Job Type: Permanent Daniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a busy maintenance team delivering electrical repairs and maintenance across residential properties in the East Midlands. The Role Electrical repairs and reactive maintenance. Fault finding and diagnostics. Testing, inspection and certification. EICRs and remedial works. Minor electrical installations. Working within occupied residential properties. Providing excellent customer service. Participation in a call-out rota. Requirements NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable. AM2 desirable. Experience in domestic, maintenance or social housing environments preferred. Full UK Manual Driving Licence. Benefits £38,520 - £40,548 basic salary. Overtime and paid call-out opportunities.
