Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding multidisciplined consultancy who provide architectural and planning services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Bury St Edmunds.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Lead on a range of residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
• Produce design solutions and construction packages
• Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationships

Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Job running experience
• Ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of work
• Experience managing more junior team members
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
