The Opportunity

Recruit UK is working with a well-established, nationwide Independent Financial Advice firm looking to recruit experienced Financial Advisers to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Financial Adviser looking for a highly competitive salary, an existing high-net-worth client portfolio and a consistent flow of qualified client leads.

The successful candidate will benefit from full administrative and paraplanning support, allowing them to focus on building client relationships, delivering financial advice and developing new business.

With a basic salary of £70,000 to £75,000, a market-leading bonus structure and OTE exceeding £100,000, this opportunity offers significant earning potential within an established and supportive business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Provide tailored financial advice across pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Convert qualified client leads into new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings when required.
• Work alongside dedicated paraplanning and administrative teams.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and client service.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• Valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
• Previous client-facing Financial Adviser experience.
• Proven track record of generating and writing new business.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working remotely.
