Rewards Analyst
£300–£340 per day (Umbrella) | Contract until March 2027 | London, Hybrid| Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Rewards Analyst to join a well-established organisation on a contract basis until March 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in reward operations and annual reward cycles, who is comfortable working with complex bonus structures and supporting key annual pay processes.

The Role

• Supporting the annual reward and remuneration cycle.
• Managing and coordinating annual salary and merit increase processes.
• Supporting bonus calculations, reviews and payments.
• Working with complex bonus structures and ensuring accurate reward outcomes.
• Analysing reward data and producing reports to support decision-making.
• Working closely with HR, Finance and wider business stakeholders.
• Ensuring reward processes are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines.

About You

• Previous experience in a Reward Analyst or similar reward-focused role.
• Strong experience supporting annual reward cycles.
• Hands-on experience with merit processes and annual pay increases.
• Good knowledge of bonus schemes and bonus calculations.
• Experience working with complex bonus structures and reward arrangements.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Experience with Merit is highly desirable.

• Day rate: £300–£340 per day (Umbrella).
• Contract length: Until March 2027.
• Start date: Immediate.
• Location: London.
• Working pattern: 2–3 days per week onsite.
