This is a key role within the VFO team, managing a portfolio of clients while providing leadership, support and development to the wider team. The Role
Manage a portfolio of VFO / outsourced finance clients
Act as a key point of contact for clients
Oversee the delivery of outsourced finance services
Provide leadership and support to the VFO team
Review work and ensure quality and deadlines are met
Mentor and develop junior team members
Work closely with the VFO Manager
Support the continued development of the VFO service
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience
Previous experience in VFO, outsourced finance or finance team leadership
Strong client management and communication skills
Experience managing workloads and supporting a team
A commercial and proactive approach
The ability to work independently and take ownership
