We’re looking for a logical, upbeat administrator to join our clients busy sales team.

This is a long-term admin role for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly and wants to build their career in admin.

You’ll be the person the team relies on to keep samples moving and orders accurate.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Handle the team’s daily post, including sending out samples and mounting fabrics and lab dips for customers, and following up by email
• Pull production samples for meetings when needed, and file them away by customer and by season
• Raise orders on our internal systems and amend cost price changes
• Mount lab dips and cut fabric hangers
• Photograph and steam garments
• Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks

Person Specifications:

• Logical, organised and eager to get stuck in
• Upbeat with a can-do attitude
• Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
• Happy to build a career in an admin role long term
• Able to work in the office five days a week

• Previous admin or sales support experience
