Part-time Chef de Partie

Outskirts of Harlow

Up to £16ph depending on experience

This role is for 3 days per week. Full flexibility is required, shifts will vary and will include evenings and weekends.

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our newly refurbished gastro pub near Harlow.

You’ll take responsibility for your kitchen section, prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard, and help deliver smooth restaurant and function service. Our venue includes an 80-cover restaurant, a function room, outdoor seating for up to 50 guests and 10 bedrooms.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard
• Keep your section organised and ready for service
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety standards
• Work closely with the kitchen team during restaurant and function services
• Help maintain a clean and well-run kitchen

What we’re looking for

• Professional kitchen experience, ideally as a Chef de Partie
• A positive, hands-on approach and good communication skills
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• A full, valid driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the venue is on the outskirts of Harlow

Pay and hours

£15–£16 per hour, depending on experience. This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week across 3 days.
