HR Advisor - Bar Hill

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team based primarily at the Bar Hill Operations site. This role has become available due to a team member leaving and offers the chance to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising managers on employee relations matters
• Managing disciplinary, grievance and absence cases
• Supporting investigations and HR casework
• Coaching managers on HR policies and best practice
• Supporting recruitment and wider HR activities

About you:

• Previous HR Advisor experience
• Strong employee relations knowledge
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases
• Confident building relationships and influencing managers
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running

• Salary up to £40,000

• Hybrid working available (4 days office, 1 day home)
