This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out electrical maintenance and reactive repairs within social housing properties. * Repairing and replacing electrical sockets and switches. * Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults. * Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards. * Providing a professional service to tenants and residents. Requirements * Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations. * 18th Edition * Full UK Driving Licence * Experience in electrical maintenance and reactive repairs. * Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. * A professional and customer-focused approach.
