Location: Stratford-upon-Avon & surrounding areas Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm This is a permanent, mobile role covering a patch of social housing properties across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. The Package * £40,000 basic salary * 5% annual bonus * Company van and fuel card * Tools and PPE provided * Paid on-call rota – approximately 1 week every 5–6 weeks * £100 on-call payment + £50 per call-out * Busy on-call weeks can provide the opportunity to earn up to £1,000 extra * 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off * Annual salary review * 3–6% employer pension contribution * Private healthcare, dental and life insurance * 24/7 GP access * Training and career progression opportunities The Role You will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repairs across social housing properties, including: * Electrical repairs and reactive maintenance * EICRs and remedial works * Inspection and testing * Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems * Completing electrical certificates and reports * Working to current 18th Edition regulations * Aiming for first-time fixes * Liaising with other trades and supervisors * Providing a professional service to tenants and clients Requirements * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition * Full UK driving licence 2391, social housing or reactive maintenance experience would be advantageous
