FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established environmental compliance consultancy with the recruitment of a Sales Account Manager.

Permanent, full-time position based in Bristol.

Salary

£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary + performance-related bonus + additional benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to develop new business while managing and growing customer relationships across environmental compliance services, including water hygiene, Legionella and wider consultancy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals
• Generate and qualify leads and convert them into genuine sales opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
• Promote water hygiene, Legionella and wider environmental compliance solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions alongside internal teams
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to successful conversion
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information and sales pipeline activity
• Attend client meetings, networking events and exhibitions where required
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover of new business
• Maintain strong commercial margins across new business opportunities

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience within sales, account management or business development
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable prospecting and meeting new customers
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Experience using CRM systems
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident working independently and managing your own pipeline
• Full UK driving licence required
• HubSpot experience would be advantageous
