Role The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' Residential Conveyancing experience and be confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Paralegals, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Solicitors. This is a full-time, office-based position.
Responsibilities
Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Handling remortgages and transfers of equity
Dealing with new builds, lease extensions and first registrations
