Nursery Assistant / EYFS practitioners required immediately in Lancaster

Join our friendly and supportive team at Lancaster Nursery. We are looking for dedicated Nursery Staff / EYFS Staff to provide care and educational support to young children and babies. Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide nurturing and educational care to children aged 0-5 years.
• Engage children in activities that encourage learning and development.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
• Assist with meal times and routine checks.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to create a positive and stimulating environment for children.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with young children and babies is preferred.
• A caring, patient, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to the development and education of young children.
• An understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices is advantageous.
