A Quick Look at the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager to run an efficient, profitable office, lead by example and support the team to achieve their goals.

You'll play an important role in winning new business, building relationships with customers and helping the branch grow, while developing your own leadership skills and supporting the career progression of others.

Your role will include:

• Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
• Generating new business and securing market appraisals, instructions and sales
• Motivating and supporting the team to achieve targets and deliver results
• Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and other customers
• Identifying opportunities to maximise sales, viewings, conveyancing and mortgage introductions
• Supporting the training and development of new and existing team members
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To be successful as an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:

• Have experience in residential estate agency, ideally as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister or Valuer
• Be confident generating new business and working towards targets
• Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Be ambitious, resilient and motivated by achieving results
• Have strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
• Be comfortable supporting, motivating and developing others
• Hold a full UK driving licence
