My client is looking for a Social Media & Digital Executive to join their growing marketing team. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across a range of digital channels. From creating compelling content and engaging social media campaigns to monitoring performance and identifying new opportunities, you'll be at the heart of our marketing activity.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube.
• Managing the social media content calendar and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitoring social media engagement and responding to comments, messages and enquiries.
• Developing a variety of content including social posts, blogs, case studies, email campaigns and website content.
• Capturing and editing photography and video content for use across digital channels.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Updating and maintaining website content, ensuring best practice in SEO and user experience.
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns from creation through to reporting.
• Supporting paid social media campaigns and digital advertising activity.
• Analysing campaign performance and producing insight-led reports and recommendations.
• Researching competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers.
• Supporting events, product launches and wider marketing initiatives.

About you:

• Previous experience within a digital marketing, social media or marketing executive role.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Confident managing multiple social media platforms.
• Experience creating photo, graphic and video content.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
• Experience using social media scheduling and email marketing platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded with a passion for digital marketing.
