Senior Business Analyst (Identity) | Active SC Clearance Required

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Identity) to join a growing digital consultancy, supporting complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation projects across public and private sector clients.

This is a great opportunity for a BA who enjoys working at the intersection of business, security and technology - translating complex identity requirements into clear, practical solutions that improve how organisations manage access.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading discovery sessions with business, security and technical stakeholders
• Mapping current and future-state identity and access journeys
• Defining requirements for IAM solutions, including RBAC models and onboarding processes
• Supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or equivalent identity provider implementations
• Identifying process improvements and aligning solutions with IAM best practice
• Working collaboratively with delivery, engineering and transformation teams

We're looking for someone with experience in:

• Business Analysis within technology transformation environments
• Identity & Access Management (IAM), access controls and permissions
• Requirements gathering, workshops and stakeholder management
• Process mapping and continuous improvement
• Agile delivery environments

This role requires active SC Clearance (or the ability to transfer existing clearance), and candidates must already hold the relevant clearance to be considered.
