Job Title: Class 2 Refuse Drivers Location: Gloucester Job Type: Ongoing – 5 days per week Pay Rate: £16.62 - £18.63 per hour We are looking for a reliable and professional Class 2 Refuse Driver to join our client’s waste management team in Gloucester. This is a great opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 drivers looking for steady, ongoing work with competitive pay. Key Responsibilities * Operate a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle safely and efficiently * Collect waste along designated routes, maintaining schedules * Complete vehicle pre-checks and report any defects or maintenance issues * Interact courteously with the public and site personnel where required * Follow all Health & Safety and waste collection protocols Required Qualifications & Skills * Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence * Driver CPC / DQC qualification and digital tachograph card * Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR10 endorsements) * Previous refuse collection or commercial driving experience preferred * Good physical fitness (some manual handling required) * Positive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills * Minimum 12 months HGV Driving experience Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 6.45am-5.00pm * 37hr week
