This is an excellent opportunity for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role within an expanding specialist division, working on major commercial developments across Central London, with individual project packages valued at approximately £5m–£10m.
You will take commercial ownership of significant BMS/ELVS packages, overseeing all commercial activities from pre-construction and procurement through to project delivery, commercial reporting and final account settlement.
Working alongside TClarke's wider MEP Division, you will play a key role in protecting project profitability, managing commercial risk and supporting the continued growth of the specialist division.
