We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a collaborative finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and taking responsibility for financial operations, reporting, controls and team leadership.
You must have:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
• Education, charity or not-for-profit sector experience
• Strong people management experience
• Excellent financial and management reporting skills
• Strong controls, compliance and analytical capability
• Excellent Excel and finance systems knowledge
• The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels

Working pattern: Predominantly office based, with up to 2 days working from home per week maximum.
