This Brigg Scientific Client are a food manufacturing company based in East Manchester. They currently have a vacancy for a Food Quality Assurance Technologist. Duties include: * Conduct Raw materials inspections * Verifying Certificates on Analysis * Perform Organoleptic testing * Control Raw Material stock * Help with audits for GMP, CCPs and Hygiene amongst others * Support QA projects. * Equipment calibration * Admin duties, PO Numbers, Batch release numbers The role in Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm, The role is Temporary initially, but could become Permanent for the right candidate. Salary is circa £28,500
