Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the commercial partner with a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Handle title investigations, draft and review leases, missives, and other property documents.
• Engage in direct client interactions to provide legal advice and services.
• Collaborate with the team to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in business development activities to help grow the client base and firm's presence in the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
• Strong understanding of property law and procedures.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle a varied workload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive and eager to contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
