Regional Sales Manager - Modular Accommodation & Specialist Rental

Location: South West Territory - Candidates must be commutable to Cannock

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Basic + Quarterly Commission + Company Car

The Opportunity

I'm working with an established and highly respected business within the modular accommodation and specialist rental sector, looking to recruit an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities across the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, new business-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and winning projects.

The role will have a particular focus on developing business across sectors including Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Utilities, Defence & Transport Etc, alongside opportunities with main contractors, construction businesses and end users.

Ideally, you'll have experience within modular buildings, portable accommodation or temporary structures, although we're equally interested in speaking with strong sales professionals from the wider specialist equipment rental industry.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for developing new business across the South West, building relationships with contractors, project stakeholders and end users to secure new rental and project opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across the territory.
• Developing relationships with main contractors, construction companies, healthcare providers, education establishments and end users.
• Identifying opportunities for temporary modular buildings and associated accommodation solutions.
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and securing orders.
• Building a strong pipeline of opportunities and delivering against agreed revenue targets.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

The position will involve approximately 1–2 days per week travelling across the territory, with candidates needing to be within a reasonable commute of Cannock.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident developing new relationships and genuinely enjoys winning new business.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• A proven track record in field sales, business development or regional sales.
• Experience within modular buildings, portable accommodation or temporary structures would be highly advantageous.
• Alternatively, a strong background in specialist equipment rental, plant hire or related construction rental sectors.
• Experience selling into contractors, construction businesses or end users.
• The ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships and manage longer sales cycles.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine appetite for new business.
• A full UK driving licence.
