RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company based at Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly team.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this Accounts Assistant role would predominantly be taking ownership of the purchase ledger and also supporting with general day-to-day all-round accounting tasks.

Duties include:

• Processing purchase invoices
• Preparing payments
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries - liaising with different departments as required
• Bank reconciliations
• Supporting the Finance Manager with month end reporting
• Ad hoc finance tasks as required

This Accounts Assistant role would be ideal for someone with experience managing the end-to-end purchase ledger and is happy to get involved in all aspects of the day-to-day accounts.
