An experienced Freelance Site Manager is required for an external refurbishment project in the heart of Soho. The works will include roof repairs, mansafe systems, timber window repairs and external decorations across properties in a busy Central London location. The successful Site Manager will take responsibility for the daily coordination and safe delivery of the programme, with particular attention to site logistics and managing works within a constrained urban environment. Key Responsibilities * Daily management of site operations * Coordination of roofing, window and decorating contractors * Health & safety management * Monitoring progress against programme * Quality control and snagging * Managing deliveries and site logistics * Liaising with the Contracts Manager and project team * Maintaining accurate site records Applicants should have previous experience within refurbishment, planned maintenance or external works, ideally within London or similarly logistically challenging locations. SMSTS and First Aid will be required. The project is due to commence 4 January 2027 for approximately two months
