Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £40K The Opportunity We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for fabric engineers due to growth within the company.  As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings. You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests  Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Basic Carpentry and plumbing Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc  Salary & Package Up to £40,000 depending on discipline, certificates and experience Zones 1–2 Travelcard Overtime available 28 days annual leave + bank holidays Private medical insurance (after probation) Cycle to Work Scheme Season Ticket Loan  Training and genuine career development opportunities (pathway to Supervisor roles and beyond)  What We're Looking For Previous experience in commercial building maintenance Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance Confident, client-facing, and reliable with strong communication skills Willing to travel within Zones 1–2 and work semi-static across key sites  If you are interested please get in touch with Fin from CBW Staffing Solutions
