Responsibilities * Provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients with tracheostomies. * Provide safe and effective tracheostomy care and management. * Monitor patients' respiratory condition and identify changes promptly. * Carry out suctioning and other tracheostomy-related clinical procedures within your competence. * Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. * Maintain accurate clinical records and care documentation. * Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare professionals, families, and support staff. * Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalate concerns when required. * Maintain high standards of infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical practice.
