Reed Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Band 5 Community Nurses to support community services across Kirklees on an ongoing agency basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for flexible work, whether you're seeking full-time hours or occasional shifts to fit around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within the community setting
• Administer insulin safely and effectively
• Undertake wound assessments and wound care management
• Administer anticipatory medications in line with care plans
• Provide catheter care and management
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Work independently whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse (NMC)
• Community nursing experience
• Competent in:
  • Insulin administration
  • Wound care
  • Anticipatory medication administration
  • Catheter care
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
