We're partnering with a growing and ambitious looking for an Interim HR Generalist who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One moment you'll be supporting a recruitment campaign, the next coaching People Advisors through employee relations matters, delivering management training, or helping to embed people processes within newly acquired businesses. What we're looking for

You'll be a proactive and confident HR professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high-quality outcomes in a busy environment.

You'll have:

• Proven HR generalist experience at People Manager, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working within fast-paced, growing SME environments.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and the ability to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.
• Experience coaching and supporting junior HR colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Experience delivering training and developing management capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence when appropriate.
• The ability to work independently while keeping key stakeholders informed and engaged.

Desirable experience

• Food manufacturing, FMCG or operational business experience.
• Experience supporting organisations through periods of growth, acquisition or change.
• Multi-site HR experience.

The role

• Based at the Group Head Office in Worcestershire.
• Hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
• Additional office presence will be required during onboarding and induction.
• Occasional travel to UK sites as business needs dictate.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
