Project Manager | Residential | Yorkshire | Salary Negotiable + Package Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in residential construction, looking to take responsibility for major new build developments? We're recruiting for an established Tier 1 main contractor looking to strengthen its residential delivery team in Yorkshire. The business delivers a range of residential projects, including RC frame developments, affordable housing and townhouses, with values reaching circa £50m. They're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering residential schemes within a main contractor environment. The Role; Oversee the delivery of residential projects up to circa £50m Manage site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely and on programme Work closely with commercial, design and planning teams Monitor progress, manage key milestones and resolve delivery issues Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders Oversee projects through to completion and handover What We're Looking For; Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor Strong background delivering residential construction projects Experience with RC frame developments, affordable housing or townhouses Comfortable managing larger projects and multiple subcontract packages Good understanding of construction programmes and project delivery Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills Why Consider It?
