LEGAL PA - LONDON OFFICE MANAGING PARTNER

A global Law firm based in the City, seek an experienced Legal PA to support their London Office Managing Partner.

This Partner has a strong focus on Real Estate work, so a background in this practice group would be advantageous.

Hybrid: 4/1

Hours: 9.30-5.30

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, documents and presentations to a high standard.
• Manage diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics and supporting materials are in place.
• Anticipate priorities and provide timely briefings, reminders and meeting papers to the Office Managing Partner.
• Assist with billing, time recording, expenses and financial administration.
• Maintain accurate client and matter records, manage files and handle confidential documentation securely.
• Organise workloads, manage competing deadlines and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
• Respond to client and colleague enquiries professionally, using discretion and sound judgement.
• Coordinate client events, business development activities, conferences and visits, liaising with internal teams and external contacts.
• Support senior visitors and international delegations with meetings, itineraries and office arrangements.
• Attend meetings, record actions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify potential issues, improve administrative processes and deliver proactive, reliable and client-focused support.

We are looking to speak to Legal PAs who have supported at a senior level and ideally have exposure to Real Estate Law, although this is not essential.
