Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for...

• Preparing and processing the fornightly payroll runs using Sage Payroll
• Preparing the payroll journals
• Fleet management; monitoring MOT's and tax, monitoring mileage and servicing schedules, arranging collection of old vehicles and ordering of new ones, as well as other tasks.
• Liaising with HMRC over PAYE matters, as well as ensuring legal compliance
• Dealing with new starters DBS and RTW checks, as well as offer letters and contracts of employment
• Drafting induction programmes for new starters and managing the annual appraisal process
• Assist as required with the recruitment of new employees
• Assist as required with compliance and health&safety tasks

Requirements
As an Operations Manager, you will need...

• Previous experience in a relevant position
• Excellent working knowledge of Sage Payroll system
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
