We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who can bring fresh ideas into the classroom, encourage independent learning and help children grow in confidence. Your Key Duties Providing high-quality teaching that supports children's learning and development. Designing stimulating activities that combine structured teaching with play-based learning. Encouraging positive behaviour, independence and social interaction. Identifying learning gaps and adjusting activities to help children progress. Maintaining accurate observations and assessments. Building effective relationships with families and the wider school team. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has previous classroom experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Demonstrates a sound understanding of early childhood development. Is confident delivering phonics and early mathematics activities. Has a patient, adaptable and approachable teaching style. Holds an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one.
