The Company

This is a boutique, full-service pharma and healthcare events agency based in West Yorkshire, with a gold EcoVadis certification for sustainable event practices. The team manages an extensive international congress portfolio, predominantly across Europe, for a blue-chip roster of healthcare clients. People here are specialists, and the work reflects it. The Role

The Event/Senior Event Manager sits at the heart of the delivery operation, running three to four simultaneous events at different stages, managing budgets of £200k to £300k-plus, and overseeing junior team members on project work, without the burden of formal line management or HR responsibility.

- Manage concurrent pharma and healthcare events across the full project lifecycle

- Own client relationships and lead multi-stakeholder calls from brief to delivery

- Oversee and guide junior project managers on live programmes

- Handle budgets from initial build through to final reconciliation

- Source and manage venues and supplier relationships internationally

- Deliver events onsite across Europe, with occasional long-haul travel

- Build and manage event registration platforms, including website and database setup

The Candidate

You are an experienced Event or Senior Event Manager with an agency background, ideally in pharma or healthcare events, and a track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects with six-figure budgets. Comfortable leading client relationships, running multi-stakeholder calls, and taking proactive ownership of complex programmes from start to finish.

Cvent or registration platform experience is beneficial but not essential, as is a formal events management qualification or direct international congress experience. Candidates from adjacent healthcare or corporate agency backgrounds are welcome to apply as an Event or Senior Event Manager, provided the depth of event delivery experience is there and you are comfortable with regular European travel as part of the role.
