Salary: £25,878 per annum

Location: Shirley - onsite car parking

Hours: HYBRID 37 hours - Monday – Friday

Our client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their Health and Safety department.

Using your Administrative skills to co-ordinate health and safety policies, update records, whilst assisting with general day to day running of the office with duties such as monitoring stationary and watering the plants.

Key Duties:

·Monitor and maintain Health and Safety records.

·Carry out various administration duties

·Accurately inputting and managing information in the CRM system

·Admin inbox management

·Dealing with the post

·Photocopying, filing and archiving, ensuring tea and coffee is stocked, watering of plants throughout office and re stocking and tidying the stationary cupboard.

You will:

·Be able to follow policies and procedures and ideally have some health and safety knowledge

·Be IT literate and good working knowledge of MS packages

·Have excellent organisation and administration skills

·Have excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

·Deliver excellent customer service with the ability to provide a high level of administration
