Location: Colnbrook, Berkshire
Salary: £26,000 - £28,500 per annum DOE

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Colnbrook.

Working within a busy and supportive environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
• Keeping customers informed of order and delivery progress
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
• Processing customer information accurately and updating records
• Completing general administrative tasks
• Supporting the wider team with daily operational activities
• Meeting service and performance targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A positive, professional and proactive attitude
• The ability to work effectively under pressure
• A team-oriented approach with a strong customer focus

Salary & Benefits

Working Hours

Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:

• 07:30 - 16:30
• 08:00 - 17:00
• 08:30 - 17:30
• 09:30 - 18:30
• 10:00 - 19:00
