The Role * Welcome prospective buyers and guide them through the homebuying journey * Build relationships with customers from their first enquiry through to completion * Conduct viewings and showcase the homes available * Manage enquiries, follow-ups and sales leads * Work towards sales targets and maximise opportunities * Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout What We're Looking For * New homes sales experience preferred but not essential * A proven track record of achieving sales targets * Confident communication and relationship-building skills * A positive, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for sales * Someone who is organised, motivated and comfortable working independent
