We are an independent vehicle repair Bodyshop in Broxburn looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative assistant to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic work environment.

Job Role

• Handling incoming calls
• Provide Updates to customers and recording updates in our management software
• Arranging bookings and scheduling of the diary
• Organise the collection and delivery of customers vehicles and the provision of courtesy cars
• Invoicing and taking payments
• Provide general administrative support to various departments to facilitate efficient workflow.

Experience

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
• Excellent Organisational skills
• Strong experience within the motor trade
• Previous experience in a Garage service advisor role
• Autoflow system knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Eligibility

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
